IHaul unprofessional, rude, scam artist, does not honor agreements North Vancouver British Columbia

I am a deaf business owner. I made some design work for this person and he paid with a post-dated cheque. After the cheque did not clear we attempted to get in touch with them and he avoided me for months. Until I got my son to call him and he said that he needed more time to get some more money to pay and to give him till the end of the month. When my son called him then ( 5 months after the work was done ) he said that he was not happy with the work and to just take him to court cause he wasnt going to pay. We offered to fix any issues with the work and he said he didnt want to and just wanted to go to court.
