I had a similar experience to what was said on here previously. I bought an iHealth blood pressure monitor on Amazon and when I contacted Amazon, they told me to contact iHealth directly to get to the core of the problem. I reached out to iHealth and forwarded my information to a guy there who later called me back to discuss the issues with my iHealth bp monitor. When Dean Wong called me, he was very friendly and told me the product had a lot of issues and that they knew about them but couldn't do anything to fix them. He offered me a refund and told me they'd give me some other free products if I took down my negative review on Amazon, which he said was common practice in his line of work.

When I refused to pull down my negative review, he continued to try and bait me into doing so by making me other offers including a gift card, additional free iHealth glucometers, test strips and more and was very insistent, almost to the level of discomfort. Frankly, my iHealth blood pressure monitor was very inaccurate and while his offers were tempting, I couldn't take them up on it because it would be very deceptive to trick someone into buying this horrible product, which is inaccurate, something the company apparently knows about and does nothing to fix.
