iJoycig.com is a maker of vaporizers to help in the quitting of cigaretts.
I have purchased there RDTA Box mod vaporizor and after 1 month the products LED display is no longer working. The device does fire and allow you to draw your vapor. However, with no LED you cannot change and settings. I have sent an email to them 21 days ago and have had no interaction.
I bought another unit thinking that I had maybe just a bad unit while I waited for iJoyCig to contact me.
After 3 weeks with the new RDTA Box mod the LED has gone out of that one also.
I have sent another email to service@ijoycig.com just today and have not had a reply as of yet.
