ILD Teleservices Fraudulent billing and collection services Ponte Vedra Beach Florida

My 71 year old mother was "crammed" on her latest telephone bill by ILD Telecommunications, Inc. The amount (which, BTW, appears that it will be a recurring charge) of $29.95 was initially charged to her telephone number/account at 12:04 AM, at which time she's usually asleep! In addition, the charge is for some sort of vague, flat rate, "National Online" service. This is obviously absurd if it's for any sort of Internet based service since my mother has never owned or used a computer. Simply put - it's a blatantly fraudulent charge IMNSHO.

After a little searching on the 'net I found that there are a multitude of similar complaints that have been alleged against ILD Telecommunications. It appears to me that, as part of their telecommunications outsourcing service, ILD Telecommunications is currently involved in the practice of "cramming."

I will post a follow-up after I contact ILD Customer Service (800-433-4518) to resolve this unacceptable situation.

I highly recommend that everyone with local telephone service scrutinize your phone bill(s) thoroughly for any mysterious and unexplained charges.
