Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This is a complaint about ILD Teleservices inc. and they supposedly are the billing for your product Bills Inc. and when I pressed where this bill came from they lold me it was www.whatmyip.org. This is very bad, but we need to go back to congress and find out who the heck was on the committee to allow billing to our phone bill. It is always back to the Government and your and my congress. Follow the money. If someone has the time and resolve, I would love to help follow these type of complaints and do something.

Here is what someone else wrote.
Our October 2008 Qwest billl contained a charge of $8.43 on behalf of YOUR PRODUCT BILL, INC, processed through ILD Teleservices, Inc. ETS. I contacted the ILD customer service number of 1-800-433-4518 to inquire about this charge. The ILD representative could not, or would not, give specifics about this charge other than to say it was for an on-line service request. As I am the only member of the household to do any sort of on-line activity, I informed her that the charge was bogus as no services have been ordered on-line. She could not even provide information on YOUR PRODUCT BILL, INC. who ILD is supposedly collecting these funds for. I demanded a full refund of the amount charged, informed her that this "account" was to cancelled retroactive to the initial September 2008 date that was shown on our statement, that our information was not to be provided to any other parties, and that all of our information and records be purged from their data bases immediately.

In doing some internet research, I have discovered hundreds of complaints against ILD Teleservices and I can find absolutely no information on YOUR PRODUCT BILL, INC. Obviously, this is nothing short of outright fraud.

I'd like to assure you that ILD strongly condemns and does not participate in cramming which is the practice of placing unauthorized or misleading charges on a telephone bill. We process over 120 million transactions each year for buyers and merchants that's over a half of a billion dollars in purchases, and only a small fraction result in disputes and chargebacks, just like with credit cards. When there are disputes, ILD investigates these with its merchants and makes sure that credits are applied back to the phone bill, just like credit card company standards. ILD continually monitors complaint levels against the merchant who the bills through us, and if we find a merchant in violation of our policies, we have and will terminate their billing agreement.
