ILD Teleservices ripoff charge on phone bill for voice mail $19.16 haven't answered phone in 113 minutes Nationwide

They have placed a charge on my phone bill for $19.61 and I've been on the phone with them for 115 minutes now and no one has responded. I called the phone company on my cell phone and I have to wait for them to answer to get this taken off my bill.
It says it's for voice mail services and I did not order it. I have an answering machine. This is ridiculous.

I started this report at 1:45 PM today, it's now 5:05 PM and they still haven't answered the phone. (Thank goodness for speaker phones) but obviously, they never intend to answer.
