   No matter where you go you will find the same thing, it is people trying to climb the corporate ladder and they don't realise there is no place to go. Not to mention that dispatching is the lowest position in the company but above drivers, or so they think, most are on a power trip. Wal-Mart proved this type of control works very well, when you make everyone a manager at 9 or 10 bucks an hour, they think hey look at me. I have a name tag that says manager, and there is nothing beneath these people that they won't do to another human.

  But like I said you will see it anywhere you go these days, it is the new America, huray for me and the hell with you. The best part and the part that has always fasinated me, they will not get a dime more to abuse you, so it is obvious that it is just a power trip even if it is with just one human.

  I would suggest before you take your next job you look to see if they are in here or any of the trucking sites, SRT is in here alot more than once and you could have saved yourself alot of agravation.

  in this new America, they don't want hard workers anymore, all they want is people that obey, they have a need to control which is why the pay sucks at these kind of companies.
