Went on line to check out this pet store that you could own for free. There was not suppose to be any fees according to the site.

When you apply for the information then they jam you with a $39.95 fee. Decieded not to go through with the store and told them to cancel. Little did I know that they didn't.

Just found out that they have been charging me $39.95 a month for a service I don't even have or use. Plus they are also charging a hidden charge of $9.95 called a surplus charge.
