ILUVFABRIX Claimed I did not return fabric when I did. Is rated "F" by the BBB. Should have checked BBB before ordering. El Paso, Texas

Totally confused

If fabric was received by our warehouse, then we would have it.

We do however tell everyone that if they are dissatisfied with their fabric, they are not to just return it.

They need to speak to us or text us in advance to receive a REturn Authorization Number.

If fabric is sent without such a  number, we would likely mark it for return to sender.

Thats all that may have happened.  If the customer followed correct procedure which is clearly indicated, we would have her fabriic and would have made ameds a long time ago.

Regarding BBB, I dont believe in this company.   This company runs like the old protection rackets......if you refuse to pay them, they will ensure you get a lousy rating.

We have more than enough satisfied customers who have written thousands of testimonials as to the quality of our fabrics and our service.
