Purchased a defective flashlight, asked for a replacement. This was there reply Jennifer Roque (SGU) Mar 9, 10:43 Hi Keith, We are sorry to hear about the problem you have had with your flashlight. We would like to be able to make the necessary adjustments at no charge to you, but, unfortunately, we can only replace items ( we do no replace flashlight parts) for a period of one month from the date you received the item.. She said sorry but system won't allow it. I purchased it 6 months ago. Never took it outside, only used it maybe twice. If she can find it in her system, she can offer a replacement or refund.
