Image Employment Web company asking me for schooling, cell phone use, but it's a warehouse position. Internet

The company career network may seem to good to be true. It is a networking program supposedly for umemployeed people to get jobs. I don't know of any hiring network that would ask you for the name of your cell phone provider, or any other sponsors.Also, I was constantly asked if I wanted an opportunity to learn about my own business. Since I gave out professional names, I'm afraid they might get spammed if the company isn't legit. I just want to make sure I'm not getting spammed. I signed into career network and they directed me to"The Job Now" website. I remember job now when they contacted me by e-mail about a sales job about a month ago. I forgot about Job Now because career network is the first thing that pops up.
