Image Financial Corp. Tried to get me to Western Union them $700 to secure a $7500 loan. Said that it was necessary for insurance purposes. Washington District of Columbia

This company contacted me on my phone and left a message stating that I had been approved for a $7500 debt consolidation loan. The contacts name was Samantha Summers. They were under the phone number 1-866-923-1330 at ext. 603. I called her back and she explained to me that I had to send out $700 under Western Union and after that was done that I would be receiving $7500 under a direct deposit to me checking account. I had to fax them over a copy of my most recent pay stub, a current bill to verify my residency, and my drivers license, along with three signed papers that they had faxed me over to start with. They told me that the lend was with a private lender and they could not tell me who the lender was until after the insurance money was secured. My husband proceeded to call them and ask to speak to a customer service representative who pretended to be someone different but was actually the same person who I had spoke with. They currently have my account number, bank name and address along with my routing number. The address that they were calling me from was 646-536-9090 which is based out of Manhattan. They were claiming to be from Washington DC. I tried calling the number that they called me from and it would only tell me that all circuits were currently busy and to try my call again.
