It is with great concern and disappointment that we respond to the above anonymous posting. Upon reading the posting and noting its many falsehoods and seeming attempts to defame, it was of course our preference and expectation that we could alert Ripoff Reports and have the post removed.

Upon inquiry, Ripoff Reports informed us that they would investigate and arbitrate postings and remove what content they deem as false, but only if we paid them a fee of several thousand dollars. While we understand the costs that are incurred with investigating allegations and determining their validity, we find Ripoff Reports policies to be ethically questionable; consequently, we have decided to incur the costs ourselves to help identify the above anonymous individual and provide information for Ripoff Reports to easily verify the above allegations to be false.

Our hope is that Ripoff Reports considers changing its policy by not allowing individuals to write anonymous complaints because considerable damage could be done to innocent people who may be victimized by false accusation. There is no way for innocent people to defend themselves by a defamatory statement when it is written anonymously.

IDENTITY OF POSTING AUTHOR:

STEVE FROM CHICAGO, IL : This individual claims to be Steve in Chicago, IL.  The User ID was created and posted to Ripoff Reports on March 8, 2010 from the IP ADDRESS: 96.252.198.236.  This address traces back to a physical location in New Port Richey, FL.  The accounts internet provider is Verizon internet services.  Ripoff Reports Once you verify the information on your internal servers, there are numerous programs to trace the IP to the specific physical location in New Port Richey, FL.  This address is a physical address and internet service provider of an address currently associated to Michael Pagano.  It is possible Mr. Pagano had no knowledge that someone had used his computer at his address to initiate and submit the above posting. 

FIRED FROM WESTEC :  Westec acquired Vyne Industries in March of 2009.  During his time at Westec, Reed enjoyed a great working relationship with the CEO and other members of Westec.  On November, 15, 2009, Reed tendered his resignation in writing to the CEO of Westec to focus on other investments.  Since that time, Reed has had dialogue with the CEO of Westec, Kelby Hagar, several times; in fact, Reed visited Westec at its headquarters to meet with Hagar just one month prior to the above post.  This can be verified by simply calling Westec or its CEO to confirm the information.  Should Ripoff Reports require any additional information, we would happily provide it.

WANNA BE PARTNER / INVESTOR:  On January 8, 2009, Reed purchased 50% of Global Sign Restoration with a signed contract.  On February 3, 2009, Pagano filed a change in the state of Florida, and his attorney provided shareholder minutes listing Reed as President.  The signed shareholder minutes document was signed on February 4, 2009, by both Pagano and Reed.  Shortly after, a disagreement between the two parties resulted in a severance of the relationship.  Ripoff Report is encouraged to verify this with the Secretary of State in Florida.  Additional signed documents can be provided if desired.

COPYWRIGHT INFRINGMENT / TRADE SECRET THEFT:  All material and works at our company are trademarked by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and all material on our website is DMCA certified and its ownership validated by their agency.  To date our company has not been the subject of any legal action or criminal investigation.   This can be verified by contacting the Department of Justice and asking if there are any active Reports of Investigation (ROI) concerning Reed or his company.  We strongly urge any individual who feels as though they have been wronged to pursue their grievances in a court of law. To date, no civil actions have been initiated.
