Well they are not. We filed the copyright claim against "Temple of the Ancient dragon jewelers" for copyright infringement. They simply copied our designs for profit and were upset we brought charges against them. The alleged overcharging and attacking fellow jewelers is just false. Remember, on the internet you can write anything you like and disguise your true identity. I hope this clears things up for you. Thanks!

We have searched our records and have not been able to locate a valid license for the use of the image(s) under your company's name. Above is a link (URL) of the image(s) in question along with the usage found on your company's website. Images Jewelers Inc. is deeply committed to protecting the interests, intellectual property rights and livelihood of our business. Images Jewelers Inc. looks forward to amicably resolving this matter and appreciates your cooperation. Although this use might have been unintentional, the use of an image without a 'valid license is considered copyright infringement in violation of US copyright law, Title 17 of the United States Code. The purpose of this communication is to identify a previously purchased license or reach a fair settlement if no valid license exists. Within 14 days of the date of this letter please take the following actions: - If a valid license was purchased prior to the use of the image(s), please provide us the Images Jewelers Inc.' sales order, invoice number or other license information. If the image(s) were licensed in the name of a third party, such as an advertising agency or web designer, please advise us of their name and ask them to contact us directly to determine if there is a valid license in place. Please note that as the end user you are ultimately responsible for resolving this issue. - If a valid license does not exist for the identified usage and you do not plan to use the image(s) moving forward, you must immediately cease and desist use of the image(s), and remove them from your website. In addition, is a demand representing the monetary settlement for the use of the image(s) in question. To avoid further action, payment must be received within 14 days of the date of this letter.
