IMC Financial Services 299.00 Ripoff Clearwater Florida

I gave IMC Financial Services $597.50 to help get my mortgage modified so I could afford to pay all my bills with the amount of disability income I am receiving I was unaware there was a problem until after the 72 hr. deadline I demanded a full refund. IMC Financial Services withheld $299.00 of my money claiming they had worked diligently on my behalf (what a crock) It seems as though I am not the only one they have done this to but it seems that others have gotten a full refund of the amount paid. (This report) is a further attempt to get justice, IMC Financial Services sent me a check for $298.50 leaving a balance of $299.00 which until this debt is satisfied I will pursue until my dieing day and hopefully I will be able to collect interest on this amount still owed to me.
