Please do not hire this bunch of liars to do a load modification for you. They will take your money and do nothing for you ! Was promised by a person named C J Cahoon on several different ocassions that I would get my money back if they could not help me...They will never return your call if you leave a message ...You have a very slim chance that you can actually get them on the phone at all..I starved my self for six weeks giving them 1000 dollars of my hard earned money which after I submitted a refund fax I only recieved 498 dollars back..Was informed by an employee Heather Hicks this was a processing fee I had agreed to in the beginning...What did they process that would have cost 500 dollars..This is bulls**t!!! They are going to get one third of your money if they do nothing at all...How do I know if they ever called anyone...These people are taking advantage of a bad situatuion by ripping off the people they are supposed to help. If could not help someone I would not take their money...I am filing a report to the attorney general regarding this matter...I hope IMC FINANCIAL BURNS IN HELL FOR WHAT THEY DO!!!!!
