Contracted services for 50 leads at $60/lead and paid in advance for all leads in October 2005. Got 8 leads and then heard nothing. When I contacted them in January, receptionist said owner was in the hospital and to please be patient. Waited a month and called again. This time "receptionist" screamed and said "You just have to wait for your order like everyone else!" Several emails and phone calls all with excuse "owner is in hospital having surgery." What kind of surgery? None of your business was the response. Finally contacted company again in late May and said either they perform or will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Then received 50 leads in one day with a note saying this was all we would get from them...deal done. Not one lead panned out. Some had refinaced 6 months or more earlier, others didn't have correct contact information, phones disconnected, etc. This company is what gives lead generators a BAD name. BEWARE!!!
