Failed to to give vital information when purchasing items from their Mayfield store that resulted in a void and break of their promise to perform routine maintenance on jewelry sold at their location Mayfield Ohio

This customer purchased an engagement ring from us.  We inform and offer free service such as polishing, cleaning an re-rhodium plating on any white gold item that we sell at no charge for the life of the item.  This customer chose to purchase two matching wedding bands elsewhere and have them soldered to the engagement ring that was purchased here.  We do not offer free service on items that are not purchased here.  I don't understand why this is unclear to this customer.  We have provided free service on what we sold and we will continue to do so.  However, a small fee of $35.00 to service two rings that were not purchased here is not an unreasonalbe amount of money to pay every 12 to 18 months.
