My sister and brother-in-law purchased a dog from Imogene and it had birth defects- they returned the dog to her themselves and said she could pay them back as soon as she had her vet to check the frenchie- She has still never paid them back- I myself am a dog breeder and it is like everything else the customer is always right-I love my dogs and take pride in raising them just as my sister and brother-in-law does- Shame on you Imogene you are what give breeders that really care a bad name- It is simple you pay them back for the dog or you will go to court- a dispute over eyes- etc is bad enough but a birth defect is worse- you are committing fraud-and on some of the nicest and most outstanding dog breeders in Missouri- and I think you should pay up!!!

She did the same to me.
Returned dog and she kept my money. That is what she does. It is always the buyers fault as you see.
She is very good at turning things around to make you look bad. I can't believe she takes the dogs back and then does nothing about it. Instead of buying a dog from her save yourself the trouble and just send her the money as she will keep it anyway.
