They say...

Impact casting directors match individual talent with specific casting opportunities and send booking requests to those who meet the casting criteria. Like it sounds, registered talent may then choose to purchase the booking at the nominal cost of $9.95. In this way Impact allows the market to determine a talent's potential."


This is a lie, you are paying for "opportunities" which are basically open casting calls that you can find yourself online.
You are paying for NOTHING!

You are not paying for bookings for actual work.
If they had actual work they would make more money charging you commission like REAL agancies.
For example, you are booked a job that pays $1000.00.
Why would he only charge you $9.99 when he could charge 20% commission and make $200.00?

I can't believe people are still falling for this scam!

If you ask him if he was ever affiliated, he will lie and say
"no" only to make an even bigger fool out of himself b/c anyone can look it up on line.

Ask him how many lawsuits he has against him?

Ask him how many times he has been exposed as a con artist on Dateline. He will lie and say "never" but you can contact Dateline NBC and request that they send you the transcripts from the shows that they aired featuring his various scams.

Ask him how many complaints are on file against him at the BBB.

He will tell the truth this time and say "none."
B/c there seriously are none, which seems impossible.
I guess that's b/c this jerk who thinks he's a mobster from Jersey told the truth about one thing, you can pay the BBB to remove negative reports.

That must be true.
It's the only way to explain why there arent any negative reports on file against him even though he scammed thousands and thousands of people.

So, like I said, stay away from Impact 210 and anything that has to do with Mike Fomkin.
