This man who thinks he's such a smooth talker, is going down. Geico paid this fool 3000.00 plus to repair my auto. The car was dropped off on November 29, was to be done in 2 weeks. At the end of two weeks. Not only was it not ready, the idiot lost the car keep. And the only way I found that out was, I dropped by to get something out of the car. And it was sitting is the same spot. I gave him another week to get it done "now that he had the keys". Two weeks after that, nothing. Now I am at the end of the 30 day insurance rental coverage. And getting calls from the rental company, threatens me to report the car stolen if I don't return it in 24 hours. Mind you I was in Kalamazoo for a funeral during this time. I returned only to find not only was my car still not done, but after telling me he would take care of the rental, "I have an account with them, they just call you when then can't get me". OK so the next day they are still calling me he says " Do you know that they just call people and laugh at them, when they tell you, they are going to call the police." I reply, AL, you must really think I am stupid. He then replied "I'm telling you don't lesson to them". "Im calling them right now.

You can only imagine the number of times this went, back and forth. Still not getting my car repaired. The stories got bigger and longer each day. "And I called him everyday, sometimes 4 times a day." Drive there to find the building locked up and my car, now moved, but only to the other side of the parking lot. And with more damage to the same side than when I left it. Geico could do nothing. I had my daughter calling because I was trying to stay calm. My blood pressure to high for me to think about it for another day. I still had the rental but was afraid to drive it. My daughter finally had us on two way and boy did she let him have it. He told me I could pick up my car January 7. Its was done and it was raining, so I really could not see the work done on it.

But the next day I looked at it. I was at a loss for words. What the hell happened. You could see the waves and dents and yellow glue. Not only was the area bad that was damaged when I dropped it off. But it had traveled down the side of the car. I was in shock. How in the hell do you do that much damage and not know it, really. I got in the car and drove it right back there. I stepped in the door and let him have it. Blood pressure aside this was it. Yes he took ownership of the ugly mess of a repair. But that was only the beginning of the real nightmare. Everytime I was told to bring the car in, the stories started all over again. The problem was, he would have to have a auto for me to use while the repairs were be repaired.

From November 29 - January 14, I called him 13 times, went to the shop 6 times. January 15 - March 22, I called him, 32 times. Went there 6 times, that last time with the cops.  Why you ask? Because the fool would not give me a receipt for the work he had done on my car. I was tired of lye after lye story after story. I had to call my daughter to meet me there just to keep me calm.  The cop was able to assist me and I did get a receipt, yep you guessed it... It was for 3000 dollars more than the insurance company had already paid him for the repair... Luckily I have everything marked on my calendar, word for word, time of day what he said each and every time I called or went there. Also  anything his so called staff said. He really should be on the worlds, Dummest repair men. I have had it now and He Is Going Down. If it takes every piece of mind I have left.
