I received an email from Liz Morgan who is from the human resource department of Impact Worldwide saying they say my resume online (which I do have my resume online and I have also had other emails from companies who saw my resume online). The email said that some of my qualifications can qualify me as a talent scout. So I filled out the application. I got an email from liz morgan that she forwarded my application to the scouting manager and then I got another email from the scouting manager that I got the job that I had to sign in to their website and sign the agreement which I did.

Then I got another email from Micheal fomkin that I account has been activated they did not ask me for a dime gave me my own email address and said I could start my scouting career and I am scheduled for a training call tonight at 8pm (which I am not going to attend). I am glad I found this site.

Imapactwww.com owned by a known Scammer, Alec Defrawy

AUTHOR: Denny - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 08, 2006

There are many complaints about Alec Defrway. Impactwww.com is one of his many "scam" companies that send out "spam" for positions that they say the have open, only to end up offering you "lower" positions beause you are not qualified. His scam can be found on careerbuilder, hotjobs and even craiglist.

You can find his "scam" trhough a simple google search of his name with quotes around it;

Here are his known aliases:
Real name: Ayman El-Difrawi (Ayman A. El-Difrawi)

Aliases: "Alec Defrawy"; "Michael Difrawi"; "Michael Chandler"; "Michael Jensen"; "David Mellon"; "Alan Madison"

And of course a criminal:
Crimes, Arrests, Indictments, Convictions, and Fraud

* Child Abuse
* Sexual Harassment
* Conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud
* False financial reporting
* Illegal phone call recordings
* False Advertising
* Copyright violations for commercial purposes
* Internet Fraud
* Conspiracy to commit internet fraud
* Internet defamation
* Conspiracy to defraud the media
* Unpaid restitution

The email is not true

AUTHOR: Shelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 08, 2006

Recently my assistant saw your resume online and forwarded it to me as a possible candidate for a position with our company. Based on your credentials, it appears you may be qualified for the Talent Scout position we currently have available in your local area.

Impact Worldwide is the fastest growing talent company in the United States. Our talent have worked with such companies as Tommy Hilfiger, Universal Studios, Pepsi, MTV, HBO, Reebok, and hundreds of others.

Talent Scouts can work full-time or part-time. The position involves attending local events and functions and inviting potential models, actors, and musicians to register on our website. Registration on our website is 100% free to the talent (unlike other sites we charge talent only for booking requests that they accept).

Some of our Talent Scouts work exclusively online finding people on a variety of industry and networking sites.

I know your background is not exactly on point for this position, but I feel that some of your skills would make you an excellent Talent Scout. Our compensation for Talent Scouts includes the following:

First year base salary of $52,000 with a potential 2nd year base of $78,000 based on performance. Incentive plan that can add 40% or more to base salary Medical, Dental, and Vision plan Expense Account Paid Vacation Tuition Reimbursement Rapid Fast Track advancement program

*Part time Talent Scouts start at $400 per week

The person we are looking for is hard working, passionate about the entertainment industry, and looking for a career - not just another job.

To be formally considered for the Talent Scout position, please visit our website at:

impactww.com

Then click on the "careers" tab and select "talent scout."

Once you have completed the online application, I will review it and contact you shortly to schedule an interview.

Best regards,

Liz Morgan

the email says that part time talent scouts start at 400 a week that is not true you work on commission if you do get anybody to sign up on their website you don't get a dime
