On 11-29-02 I was contacted by a copy calling themselves ICS. They were promising me an unsercured visa or mastercard with a credit limit of 2500.00. Having fallen vicitum to this scam already once with Royal Star Benefits (report on that company as well) I let them "sell me" went threw the whole conformation process with the "independent verification service" but this time I gave them the account numbers of the checking account I was forced to close (pissed me off, I had that account for 20 years) after the royal star scam so they can try and take money from that account til the cows come home.

The reason I went threw all of this is because it is now come to my attention that there are more then just a couple of companies which are running this scam. I want to make everyone aware of all that contact me. Although, I did not receive anything from this company and really I am not a customer I must call a spade a spade.

This was found on the BBB southeast flordia site: GOVERNMENT ACTION: On February 14, 2000 the United States
Southern District Court, Federal Trade Commission, case
0000596, filed complaint for Civil Penalties, Consumer
Redress, Permanent Injunction and other Equitable Relief
against Vending Communications, Inc, Interactive
Communications Service, Inc, and Alberto J. Susi, defendants.
The FTC brings this action for violations of the Trade
Regulation Rule entitled Disclosure Requirements and
Prohibitions Concerning Franchising and Business Opportunity
Ventures. The case is pending.

According to the BBB site this company claiming to be ICS has many AKA's here is the list of all the companies I found which are one in the same company:

As stated above these companies are being named by the FTC in a class action Lawsuit I urge you to contact them BEFORE giving out your information. Also if you have fallen victim to any of these companies please call the FTC at 1-877-FTC-HELP hey can help you get your refund and maybe some damages. Good luck
