 He goes under false name, lies about every thing , promise to make repairs. Then after he gets your money he acts like he has no clue what you are talking about. He gave me false name and stole 1050. I wrote down licence plate and seeking justice now. I believe he is using that property to steal money and never make a lease or repairs I hope to find other victims to put him out of Buisness..he is not a licensed realator or broker. He owns many properties and maintaining very few of them. I plan on finding all those he scamed because by law he should have a record but if no one steps up his victims will go unherd and robbed...by the way this man also owns a medical practice as a surgon..i sugest his patients get a second opinion....i have proff of everything and going to court ..harris county justice court precinct 8 place 1. Will update and gladly post evidence after case goes to trial. Or maybe before.
