I received a promotional trip package offer in the mail in mid April. The offer was a $1600 voucher on a $2400 trip. I called the number on the mail offer and talked to a representative.. I was put through an hour atleast, telephone call about the trip, and the total package.

They told me it would only cost around $800... My girlfriend and I thought it sounded good so I gave them my credit card number...And it was charged for the exact amount they told me, nothing more.

They told me I would have a year and a half to use the trip and that I would be getting the package in the mail within 3 weeks. I received the package within 3 weeks like they said. It was very believable, it had a DVD about the Ramada resorts in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando, and the cruise.

I started to grow skeptical and finally did more research and found out this was a scam. I more concerned that they have my credit card number than losing $800...

Just spoke with Imperial Majesty Cruise Line

AUTHOR: Tiredofit - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 04, 2008

I was literally speaking with IMCL not an hour ago. I asked them to give me thier web site. I immediately grew suspicious when she gave me two different websites. Anyway, I told them I'd need to call them back, I needed to go make dinner and it just wasn't a good time. Of course the offer would no longer be available to me if we drop connection at that time. Oh well I told them, you'll lose a client - I'll lose a vacation! I just called back, guess what - of course I can still get the $59 per person cost. Those are the boarding fees. I have to book 30 days in advance. But find my own ride to Ft. Lauderdale. There are no hidden fees. I am affraid I am going to end up next to the waste station or something. Has anyone ever been on one of these cruises and had a good time?
