where to begin? my best friend was offered a job at imperial majesty upon relocating to florida, was an easy job and the first to turn up so she accepted. told me of the great packages(so she thought)they had and we decided to go in at a 50% ratio on both behalfs. we were promiced to receive our package within 10-15 buisness days. never arrived. she asked almost daily at work and was told it will arrive shortly. excuse after excuse is what we received. after approx. 20 attempts to gain possession of the package we decided to cancel as it has at this point been about 3 months.

when we called and stated we wanted to cancel and receive a refund we were told that the period to cancel has passed and we can not receive a refund.....after speaking to 3 so called management staff at which were VERY VERY VERY rude we hung up and proceeded to the florida argiculture, bbb, and of coarse the bank that held the credit card funny enough we received the package via fed-ex two days later--we refused the package as we no longer wanted any dealings with this company. finally our bank resolved this issue and we were issued a refund. needless to say she no longer works there and surprise surprise they screwed her $900. had to contact labor laws division and again those funds were also issued.:-)

upon a thourough research of this company--many many disturbing facts were found if you received a confermation number starting with "HM" i can offer you tons of info on who to contact and blah blah. this hm office did'nt even have a license to opperate until several months after opening. owner's name is Clifford Shannon a very very shady person beware!!!
funny enough the name of the company has changed several times in the last year or so
