This businessman, Gerald M Moore whom works for this company took a $1,000 down payment from me for a car he never purchased. At the time of the transaction the money was paid as a down payment based on the value of the car he was supposed to purchase for me from an auction. I paid the down payment and two months later there is still no car. He said it was because he could not get me financed so I want the down payment back & he says no. I have a signed contract between him & I showing that I paid the down payment. He did not get me the car and refused to return my money to me. I have no car and I'm out of $1,000. After I asked for my money back and voided the contract..Gerald continued to run my credit through banks without my permission causing my credit score to drop even lower.
