I agreed to purchase a sunroof for my car from Mr. Kraft on 2/17. I waited for a few weeks and he would always tell me that he was going to "ship it tomorrow." I got fed up and I asked for a refund. He asked me if I was sure I wanted a refund and then when I said "Yes," he went ahead and said he would give me one.

Later on in the week, I e-mailed him asking him about my refund and he again postponed that blaming his computer. 2 days later, I was fed up and threatened legal action against him. For some reason he said he was going to ship the sunroof the following Monday. I don't know why, he was supposed to give me a refund. He then changed up his story and started lying some more saying that I had called him up (I have never talked to the "man" on the phone) and told him to go ahead and ship the sunroof.

Oddly enough, he cannot tell me what date and time I called him, but he did give me my phone number which he looked up through whitepages.com. What is ironic is that I am not allowed to make long distance phone calls from the number he gave me.

He offered to give me a refund minus 20% restocking and shipping if I was not pleased with the item once I received it. I told him I wanted a full refund, but he kept with his story saying that I called him and told him to ship the item (remember, I never did). His latest e-mails were full of nothing but childish insults and incoherent messages. I received the sunroof today, 3/26. I have no choice but to keep it.
