this company is a complete fraud-i have been with them for over three years and it did not used to be that way-they change names-change locations-all they want from members is to grab your money and never pay any commissions due-i am no longer affiliated with this company-once you give them your money-the company changes the rules-gouges on every item for shipping and once you have been with them awhile and build up a customer base-they make it so hard on you-and suspend all activities associated with your acct and then take over your customers-this company will change its name/s every 1-2 years when people really realize what a fraud they are-all products they sell are not wholesale-they are only dropshippers and all products can easily be bought for much less on the web elsewhere.i guess the only way to describe or compare their service is to compare them to getestore.com a complete ripoff also ( they are listed in ripoff also ) and this company is no different everything that applies to getestore in the ripoff report applies to this company.if the guy who owns this company importermall.com sees this i am sure he will rebuttle.he has more excuses than a magpie bird with a mouthful of cherries.hopefully this ripoff report will reach the top of the search engines as most ripoff reports do and be just below their name,saving many people many headaches.of course again they would probably just change names.THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

I have had only good results with this place.

  I have had an online store ( michellesdiscount ) with these people since 2005.

  I agree that they aren't their prices aren't the cheapest. But their membership fee (one-time payment of about $100) is lower than a lot of their top competitors. Unless you are doing a very high volume of sales, I think it's a pretty good deal. - I have saved well over $100 by buying Christmas and birthday presents from them. As long as I get a large shipment to offset shipping charges, they seem slightly cheaper than walmart on several household items.

  I also agree with you that their terms seem to have changed a few times. But from where I stand - things just get better when they change! I believe there was a small monthly fee involved when I signed up. But soon after, they changed it to a one-time payment. I now only officially invest about $10 per year in my site, to keep my domain name renewed, plus a few hours per year spreading the word that it exists.

  Not sure why you didn't get your commissions due. - I have received multiple payments from them.

SIMPLE TEST TO FIND A TRUE WHOLESALE DROPSHIPPER

THIS IS A SUGGESTION FOR WHICH I AM POSTING TO HELP FILTER THRU THE SO-CALLED WHOLESALE DROPSHIPPERS-JUST 2 POINTS WILL MINIMIZE THE PUBLICS TIRELESS SEARCHES.

DOES THE WHOLESALE DROPSHIPPER REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE????
IF THE ANSWER IS YES-CHANCES ARE THEY ARE LEGIT WHOLESALERS OUR STATE REQUIRES $25.00 FOR SUCH A LICENSE AND IS NEEDED FOR ALL TAX REPORTING.ALL STATES REQUIRE RETAILERS AND WHOLESALERS TO HAVE A LICENSE JUST BECAUSE YOU LOCATE A SUPPLIER WHO REQUIRES THIS DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THEY ARE WHOLESALE BUT 99% OF TIME THEY USUALLY ARE.

MOST DROPSHIPPERS WHO DO NOT REQUIRE THIS ARE GENERALLY SHADY AND YOU ARE TAKING A HUGE RISK BY DEALING WITH THEM.

A TRUE WHOLESALER WHO WHOLESALES TO YOU WILL NEVER CHARGE TAX TO YOU IF THEY DO THEY ARE RETAILERS OR SUB WHOLESALERS WHICH MEANS YOU ARE NOT PAYING TRUE WHOLESALE.

ONLY RETAILERS WILL CHARGE TAX AND THEN THE RETAILER WILL COMPENSATE THE APPROPRIATE STATE WHEN THEY COLLECT STATE TAX.

ANYONE WHO CALLS THEMSELVES WHOLESALERS AND DO NOT DO THINGS THIS WAY ARE NOT WHOLESALERS.-OR ARE NOT PAYING TAXES

ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS-LEGIT WHOLESALERS MAY CHANGE PRICES OF THEIR PRODUCTS DUE TO ECONOMIC CONDITIONS BUT WILL NEVER CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE-MOST IMPORTANT ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU-BEWARE OF DROPSHIPPERS WHO WILL NOT LET YOU ACCESS YOUR CUSTOMERS EMAIL ADDRESSES,PHONE NUMBERS ETC,ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE BEING CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES-DROPSHIPPERS ARE NOW KNOWN FOR GOUGING ON SHIPPING-TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR SO-CALLED LOW PRICES-BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REALLY WHOLESALERS-NEVER-NEVER GET CAUGHT UP IN A MAZE OF PURCHASING A WEBSITE WITH THE SO-CALLED DROPSHIPPER WHO DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE-THE DROPSHIPPER WILL END UP BEING YOUR COMPETITION AND YOU WILL SPEND POSSIBLY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PROMOTING YOUR SITE WHEN IN FACT ALL YOU ARE DOING IS PROMOTING THE DROPSHIPPERS SITE AND POSSIBLY MANY MORE OF THE SAME SITES AND OF COURSE THE DROPSHIPPERS SITE WILL HAVE MUCH LOWER PRICES FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS-YOU GET THE CRUMBS-THEY GET THE WHOLE LOAF-USE COMMON SENSE-STAY AWAY FROM THESE "DEALS"

BUY YOUR OWN PRODUCTS-GET YOUR OWN SITE-FLOURISH AS YOUR OWN. LINE YOUR POCKETS-NOT THEIRS.

THIS GOES OUT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO INFORM ALL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR SO CALLED "DROPSHIPPERS"-MOST ARE SCAMS AND ARE ONLY DROPSHIPPERS THEMSELVES-I SUGGEST YOU FULLY INVESTIGATE THE "DROPSHIPPER" BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THEM-MOST ARE NOT EVEN MIDDLEMEN-THEY ARE USUALLY 3 ABOVE ACTUAL WHOLESALERS-PRETENDING TO BE WHOLESALERS-ANY TRUE SOURCE CAN USUALLY FOUND ON THE NET-DO NOT EVER PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET-DROPSHIPPING TODAY IS A JOKE AND A SCAM-YOU CAN READILY MAKE 40-50% MORE BY BUYING DIRECT YOURSELF AND SHIPPING YOURSELF.MOST DROPSHIPPERS ARE TERRIBLE FOR EBAY SELLERS-SLOW SHIPPING-BAD PRODUCTS-CAN CAUSE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND RUIN YOUR REP-DO IT YOURSELF-MAKE MORE MONEY-AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.2 YEARS AGO DROPSHIPPERS WERE BASICALLY OK-NOW THEY ALL HAVE LEARNED HOW TO GRAB YOUR $$$ AND YOUR CUSTOMERS-ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT DROPSHIPPING SHOULD RETHINK-ITS ACTUALLY TWICE THE WORK WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM AND A LOT LESS PROFIT.

Libel (libel): a defamatory statement or representation esp. in the form of written or printed words; specifically : a false published statement that injures an individual's reputation (as in business) or otherwise exposes him or her to public contempt.

What's Really Going On Here...

False Statement #1:
"www.importermall.com and www.premiumwholesale.com...this company is a complete fraud-i have been with them for over three years and it did not used to be that way"

Actual Fact:
You have never made a purchase from nor been a member of PremiumWholesale.com. To even include the name was a cheap attempt to cause further damage to our reputation. So your complaint is strictly in regards to Importermall.com
You joined as a member by paying a $99.00 membership fee on July 17th, 2003. (Member for 2 years 5 months 1 day)

False Statement #2:
"they change names-change locations-"

Actual Fact:
PremiumWholesale.com - online since 28-Jul-2002
importermall.com - 25-Jan-2005
Our Corporate Name: Jessicapital Investments Inc. (registered 2/12/02) status - active
We do not change names, we add them as business dictates. We recently relocated from Gainesville, FL to DeSoto, TX. This is no secret and the current address is posted in the policies section of both sites which are both online and active.

False Statement #3:
"all they want from members is to grab your money"

Actual Fact:
When the decision was made to terminate your account, the $99.00 membership fee was immediately refunded via PayPal trans ID #0Y305913WP051735D 12/14/05. (We even allowed you to continue to purchase through the Holiday season after we refunded your payment as to not cause negative impact on your business)

False Statement #4:
"never pay any commissions due"

Actual Fact:
Commissions are always paid in accordance with our terms of service. You will not find a single active member to say they have not received commissions that were due. Your commissions are on hold status becuase of the PayPal chargeback you initiated on 12/29/05 for an order in which you were provided with a tracking number.

Our Terms of service specifically states:
"Any action, whether direct or indirect, that serves to berate, undermine or in any other way diminish the products and/or services offered and provided by Premium Wholesale, may result in the immediate termination of your account privilidges. Any account terminated for this reason will forfit any commissions payable if the balance earned is less than $30. If the balance earned is more than $30, these funds will be held for a period of 6 months in a non-interest bearing account and will be used to cover any costs associated with the actions of the account member before and after their termination for a period of not less than 6 calendar months.
1.) Actions, besides those listed within this terms of service agreement, that will result in termination of your account include but are not limited to: initiation of chargeback for any direct purchases in which shipment has been made; any statements whether verbal or in print that otherwise berates, belittles or attempts to damage the reputation, services or products offered by Premium Wholesale or any of it's subsidiaries."

When the 6 month hold period expires, your commissions will be forwarded accordingly.
(It's also noteworthy to point out that while you did a chargeback against us for an order lost by the post office, your response to the customer on 1/9/06 (6 days after getting your chargeback money):
"Reply by eboywholesale4u: has tracking # and it is still in post offices hands-i do not deliver mail"
And YOU say WE are the ones who run a fraudulent business????

False Statement #5:

Acual Fact:
To my knowledge, no "Rules" have been changed. You buy the item, pay for it and we ship it. Concept has always been the same. If you are referring to the fact that your account was terminated due to you telling us you were taking 99% of your business to a competitor and (I am paraphrasing here) that our 'Business is Ridiculous' and our 'Service is the Worst',then it's not that the rules changed, it's that you must have figured they didn't apply to you.
Our shipping charges are shown to you prior to making your payment. Their is no gouging, if you do not want to pay the S/H fees, then you simply do not order. To say we gouge implies we show you one S/H charge and then increase it when we process your payment which is absolutely false.
When your account is terminated, typically this means all activities associated with your account are suspended. However in your case, we terminated your account on 12/14 and did not suspend your account activities until the Holiday Shutdown on 12/19, so even this part of your statement is false to an extent.
We have made no contact with any customer who has not directly made a purchase through our own site. The one customer who we contacted that used to buy from you, had made several purchases from importermall.com before we contacted him. Really, I should have simply listed the couple of statements that were not false and saved the readers of this rebuttal a lot of time. OF COURSE I WAS GOING TO REBUTTLE, You can not attack a person's business with a bunch of lies and not get a response. This rebuttal is for the courtesy of potential customers who may find this report. My actual response to you will be handled offline and honestly, I can only say thanks for making it so easy for us with a permanent record of your libelous statements in the way of this report.

You say we are not really wholesale and that our products can be found much cheaper. You are entitled to your opinion and we urge people reading this report to make their own decisions. But you sure seem awful upset about your account being closed considering there are all these other places you can buy from?

The bottom line for those of you who have read this far down the page (Sorry I have taken so long, but imagine if someone had done this to you) is this:
We closed his account for professional reasons and refunded his membership in full. It's the 3rd time we have terminated an account in 7 years of business and sometimes you just can't avoid it with certain people. Upon being unable to purchase from us, Mr. Barnes sent us an email saying this:
"no one takes away 30% of my next years projected sales and gets away with it", "you will be hearing a lot more from me soon"

This report was simply his attempt to get back at us. I guess will find out soon if the courts agree Mr. Barnes.
