 This is s new salon in Euharle GA. Located off Euharlee RD. After relocation to the area I was looking for a place to build my business in the hair/beauty industry. I came to the area with many years of experience. I found this salon through family and decided to give it a whirl, as the salon was well manicured and the owners seemed friendly and nice enough. So I started with them December 23rd and it was a slow start. As a week passed and then another, the situation began to look bleak. The new owners which apparently have very little skills in marketing their business, started to focus on varies different ideas. ( they added a pool table, tattoo room, darts and foosball table). Now let me remind you this is a beauty salon that charges 100.00 or more for color and/or highlite services. This began to be a cluster of random things.

Meanwhile, as an employee who only had been with them for 2 weeks and was then heading off on my annual vacation for a week. I had to ask for my pay, more than three times and then the day before I was set to leave, I had to wait till well after my shift that day to get paid. I felt this was unethical, as I'd done my part and it's not good business practices to make your employee basically beg for their wages. ( even shorted me one day ) which I did get once I returned from my vacation. (more to come on that ). So fast forwarding to my return from vacation. I learned while I was away that Rick, co-owner ( who basically sits around the salon all day, cursing and complaining), however he did make cosmetic changes to the salon on a daily basis. ( which was good and sometimes not so good ). Anyway ... He was arrested for trespassing and felony theft. So what I was told is this: he sold his towing business, trucks etc. to fund the salon business, so when the person who bought the trucks didn't pay or supposedly didn't pay, he went there under the cover of darkness and stole them back. Additionally on the business (salon) page i.e. Facebook another guy was posting that if he did not get his 550.00 then he was coming to GA going to get his money or items. I started to see the drama unfold. So now not only did I start feeling uneasy about this business, but I started feeling that these guys were not on the up and up.

So cutting to the chase, I decided to find new employment. Which I did, I gave them a quick notice, privately as I wanted to leave with as little noise as possible. Which went south real fast. I even offer to work my days off to stay and help them out. But was told bluntly to return my key that very day. So that is what I did. While returning the key I recorded the final conversation with Christine ( co-owner ). Where she polightly said she'd have my final pay ready Tuesday January 19th. So Tuesday came around and I sent her a quick message telling her I'd be sending my fiancé by between noon and 1pm to retrieve my last pay. This is when it got real. She said she wouldn't be in till later in the day. Which I responded that Rick was in and I'm sure he could handle that for her. Needless to say the conversation got heated and she refused to pay me till Friday. I truely dislike having to chase my pay down. It's unethical. I also find it unethical for an employer to find every reason they can to either not pay you or postpone paying you. As like the rest of the world I have commitments and obligations. These owners have given me a first time in a long time "not to trust". Most employers I worked for asked me to please stay, offered me other benefits or incintives. Not only am I astonished at their business practices I'm also disappointed in the way I was treated, just because I chose to move on. I am recommending that other stylist be cautious when working for them, and be ever mindful of their business practices. Also get in writing how and when they plan to pay you. ( I'm waiting to see what happens on Friday). Hoping I get paid.

Setting up shop in GA does not mean you can forget all of those you damaged in FL. You know **** well you took my money. My car was towed by your company here in FL by AAA. Yes they have an investigation on Rick Sukmanowski and the sherriffs office here has a report too. I gave you money , half up front, and you took off with the money and left my car in the bay with no engine.

I also now know of the landlords you flaked out on and that you filed bankruptcy. AAA is aware of others you scammmed. Maybe thats why you gave up towing? Ask them about their investigaion on Rick. You are both scam artists and I hope the people of this town dont get robbed blind by you guys they way people in Floirda did. Running to NY didnt help either BTW.

I want my money back!!!

 I would like to say first of all I have lived here for 25 yrs the new owners of this place are very good people I was skeptical about going in here from the previous owners of the place. Last yr My husband had told me there were new owners who planned on opening a bunch of things so I stopped in to check it out I was greeted as soon as I walked in by at least 5 people I went to the counter and met Mr rick we chatted for a few about prices and he then introduced me to Mrs Christine. Let me tell u what a good impression they had on me. So I decide to get my hair done the person who posted about the kids coming in and playing games is right yes there were many kids waiting on hair cuts and also playing games with parents I think this is a great establishment in our community all the stylist were very friendly as well as the owners. This is definitely not your average salon but it's the best one I have ever been to very kid friendly and professional I'm well know in cartersville and euharlee as I said 25 yes I've been here I hope people actually stop in this place before making and bad comments , again great people and great staff the disturbing part about the above comments is that they have Camaras in the salon someone posted about 1 stylist sitting in the back room eating on her phone. Well Mrs pottier I clearly see u on the video in the salon doing the same thing at a station yep that right the big tv in the salon is playing clips of when u worked there can't lie on Camara also shows your boyfriend comiming in may times so don't u date criticise these 2 owners there doing wonderful thing is our community oh and by the way it showed u doing other things on Camara also. Euharlee resident miss b.

 I've came into the salon more than once and noticed that only 1 employee was on the floor at the time which was Elise and the other lady was in what I guess was the break room on her phone eating snacks. The owners kids were running around screaming and wallering all over the chairs and sittin on the counters. I've always thought of a salon as somewhere to relax and get your hair done.

 Guess someone got their feelings hurt and has shown sophomoric behavior. Now you've made up stuff and added other untruths. Got others to say things that aren't true. Now your clients can see who you really are. Sorry your business suffers, but it's not due to me. You can try to be something your not, that's ok! Got better things to do than entertain garbage talk with you. Good luck ... Hope your business does well.

 I am posting back to this report filed against me and my company that has over 500 likes in 3 weeks on fb and has all 5 star reviews first of all when u quit a job or get fired u do not get paid the same day. 2nd u don't try to send in others to pick up your pay. I think I did the right thing by not giving pay to someone I do not know and most legit employers will do the same. 3rd when posting about someone getting arrested make sure u have the facts b4 rambling on about something u have no clue what your talking about I run a legit drama free hair salon in a great community with great success and supporters and will continue to run it that way this is a peaceful salon with kids games and stations. As many hair stylist know it's not just up to the salon owner to do all the advertising most stylist advertise for them selfs also. Sitting on your phone all day talking to your boyfriend when your not even divorced yet showed us u were not right for our team I think it's time for you to grow up who starts a job and a week in asked to borrow $1,000 well I'm glad we said not to that any ways for our clients who are seeing this don't mind it were open and not goin anywhere anytime soon if any one has any concerns they can contact me anytime and our salon will remain drama free with the friendly environment it started as

 So the lady who filed this report was getting ready to be fired for stealing. This salon was opened by 2 of the greatest people I have ever worked for elise Potter quit another salon to come work for impressions. And could not stand the fact that other stylist wanted to join the team. I remember the day she quit because Rick was playing with the company's Camaras and she elise got nervous and never returned she sent Christine a message saying she found other work. Hey good for her as far as the pay when u quit a job u don't demand pay that same day. She was paid the day we all got paid and I even witnessed Christine making sign a letter stating she got paid. He report is so false and trying to screw your employer by stealing products is not cool. Like I braid both of these 2 people who own this salon and are opening other business here in ga are great people and I could not ask for better bosses. Also if there such bade people why do they have all good reviews and reports elise your a fraud how about us stop drinking and grow up. Your no better than anyone else so leave these folks alone at Impressions beauty bar
