IMS Barter International Monetary Barter Systems and imsbarter.com They called pretending to be a Customer in need of our services. Instead, they were trying to sell us their product. When I asked toadvise the Manager about the Reps deceptive business tactics, the Manager got an attitude and claimed there was nothing wrong with the way they were attempting to sell their product. Which showed me that the deceptiontactics are actually orders from the top. I told them that I would never do business with a company that would deceive me from the get go and to take my number off the list. Rather than apologize or explain The Manager attempted to get more rude with me and I hung up. New Berlin Wisconsin

They had a Representative call our company and specifically make it sound like they needed our services as a potential customer. They refused to speak to my company's representative and insisted on speaking with me (the owner of the company) because it was an "important job". My representative took the number down and gave it to me.  I googled the number to see who it could possibly be and found nothing. That number is: 716-313-2024. I decided to look at my company's call records because this sounded fishy to me.  I noticed that the number the call came from was different. It was from: 262-780-3640 .  A company called International Monetary Systems.  Their website is: www.IMSBARTER.com .

I realized that it was a company trying to sell me something instead of ordering services from me.  I was annoyed that they would purposely try to deceive my Representatives, make me as the Boss drop everything else I had to do within the company to try and tell me their services under false pretenses.

I decided to call the Rep for IMS back and tell her that I was very disappointed and that I would never do business with a company that would try to deceive me from the get go.  She admitted that she was from international monetary systems because I cornered her and I asked to speak to her Manager to let the manager know about his representative's deceptive and dishonest sales practices.

After I explained to the manager what she had done, the manager's answer was " and what's wrong with that?", at that Point I realized that deceptive sales practices were actually encouraged in this company.  I confronted the manager about it and told them that I would never do business with them because now I realize that the dishonesty came from the top.

I told him to remove my number from his list and that if he ever called again there would be legal repercussions.  Rather than apologize and explain, the manager of IMS became more aggressive.  I hung up before he could finish speaking because I had had enough. I own a service business and I would never EVERdeceive my Customers to make a quick sale. Much less pull the fire alarm to get their attention just to pitch my offer.  People have busy lives and work hard.  Nobody deserves to be sidetracked falsely to be lured out of their money.

Never trust a company that has misleading tactics and that doesn't appreciate your time or insults your intelligence as a person.
