IMS Possible ripoff Bakersfield California

I received a postcard saying:
Dear ____
We are trying to reach you with Good News! It is real important that you Call Toll free 1-800-449-3596

I am incredibly leery about
A) Receiving a postcard from a company who won't give their full name (IMS)

B) The incorrect grammar. Although it is easy to make grammar mistakes, it doesn't inspire confidence.

C) The secrecy concerning the "Good News" referred to in the postcard. Were this a legitimate business with legitimate "good news", at least a hint of the information should be contained in the postcard.

I would not recommend ever calling an unknown business or person unless you can get some good references and the only thing I've found about this company are remarks of stealing money and information.
