Where is your building CLAUDE DAVIS JR.? What artist have you worked with successfully CLAUDE DAVIS JR.? What booking agencies have you worked with successfully CLAUDE DAVIS JR.? Speaking from a promotions organization that has had multiple successful bookings with IDT, I am now extremely curious how your experience went so wrong. Can you give us some references that validate your integrity? IDT gave us a list of artists, bands, comedians, and entertainers who we contacted before doing business with them. Did you check those references? It seems to me that maybe IDT should have checked YOUR references. Shame on them for sullying their name with an association with someone that I quite honestly cant seem to find a single promotion that you have successfully done. All I see is complaints about why you "didn't make it". Ironically it's just "not your fault". Right? Just out of curiosity, did you, like most professional promoters, ever have your contract reviewed by an attorney and explained to you? Was this your first rodeo; crash and burn; and now need someone to blame? Do us all a favor, keep your litigious b.s. and amateur hour accusations on the side streets where they belong. Until you can gain some credibility, stop attacking people out there trying to help us grow our industry, just to satisfy your attempt to grandstand.

We have worked with IDT for over 5 years, Mr. Michaels has been our buyer for just as long. Not only has this company helped to book some of the biggest names in the business, but they have been forthcoming about their policies, and always held up to their word! I find it outrageous that websites like these can exist, giving fraudulant or unsatisfied customers the ability to affect potential clients' opinions by slandering and making false claims. IDT has always come through for us, these claims are ridiculous. READ THE CONTRACT! If you don't like the terms, find another company! The policies were there before you signed on, and they are fair. Should we have a broker negotiate a contract for us, and we reneg, that would affect the broker's relationship with his contacts. Why should they suffer for doing their due diligence, because you change your mind for whatever reason. They get paid for their work! It is quite obvious that the policies are there to protect both IDT and artists, as well as us as clients. I am sure had these people held up to their end of their contracts, they would have had successful events. DO NOT BLAME EVAN MICHAELS or IDT!!!

Any consumer can verify everything I said regarding your IDT.  So how can that be slander if it is the truth...  Does IDT have a company building??  NO...  Is there a physical address on your website for IDT or the other two companies??  NO...  Just a phone number...  We will see you in court very soon!!!

CM2 PRODUCTIONS, LLC signed entertainment contracts with In Demand Talent (IDT) (MY COMPANY) for some musicial artists. They inquired about several artist and signed 5 legally binding contracts with us to assist in these bookings. The first 3 contracts he signed, he ended up voiding, putting IDT in a curious position between artists' agents and IDT. Mr. Claude Davis Jr wired over non-refundable broker fees before pulling out of these events, ignoring the terms of the agreement as such. When contract was delivered to Davis, he demanded broker fees be used as artist deposit, which is absolutely outlandish! He then pulled out of that event as well! Davis asked why dont we just apply what he sent. I indicated that our first $22,500 is applied as booking fees for the first 3 inquiries, $2500, $2500, $2500, and $15k respectively. Mr. Davis then threatened legal action, which we are now preparing a countersuit should he file. Mr. Davis has fled Lousiana and is being traced currently. CM2 PRODUCTIONS, LLC (MY COMPANY) signed entertainment contracts with In Demand Talent (IDT) for some musicial artists.  What address I have supplied to you is his home address information.  I am not the only person he has deceived through false addresses.  Our contracts have a Delaware location and governed by the state of Delaware.  But I found out he has an address 6579 s.tamiami trail suitr 150 in Sarasota , Florida is a vacant land site.  The 73 Greentree #74, Dover, DE is a UPS mailbox. He has 3 business names.  Indemand Talent dba as global events group,llc . Also he uses Gulf Coast Concerts LLC is showing active corporation in Sarasota FL. There is no address on his website just a 866-689-0100
