in2video.net and zml,com zml.com (vargendia ltd) fraud charges on credit card i did not agree to and havent refunded money limassol, Internet

let me say zml.com or in2video.net is a scam they charged me 39.00 for a 99 cent trail,i havent download any movies which it says for refuned in the faq section (4 Refunds
4.1 The balance of cancelled account(s) is not refundable.
4.2 Payments are not refundable excluding the situation described in 4.3.
4.3 The Client can request a refund if he has added funds to his account by mistake and he hasn't made any purchases on the Site yet.
