Ordered Sciatica Relief product from Jeff Brown at Incredible Health Remedies.  Order response e-mail received February 27, 2014.  Credit card charged the same day.  No response from company when product would be shipped.  No response from company.  They have a recorded message from "Jeff" on the telephone number; he apologizes for the customer service department, you are told not to leave a message because they are just too busy and shortstaffed to listen to them.   They have been very busy and are hiring more people to help.  There is a "chat" section on their website.  Unfortunately they are too busy and short staffed to operate the chat. You are invited to send them an e-mail and they will response quickly. There is a testimonial hot line number.  You can call that and leave a glowing testimonial as to how good their products are.  Internet review (too little too late) reveals a company that scams, takes your money and has no intention of shipping the product. Now I am unsure how to attempt return of my money.  It's a shame they prey on people in pain from chronic conditions that are very debilitating.  Shame on me for falling for it in my hour of pain.
