Independent Dealers Advantage IDA Unorganized and contract breaching Suwanee Georgia

This so called company bought out the loans from the dealership im buying my car at on Dec. 29, 2013. 

First things first they had none of my information so i had to give them all of my info again. Address, place of work, everything. They NEVER answer their phones. They came in with no warning or anything and bought all of the loans. A lot of people are having the same problems. They are rude when they do answer the phones. I didnt buy a car from them. Ive never met any of them. I had to copy and fax my insurance information to them three times. They were trying to say I had no insurance on the vehicle. Okay, so all of that aside they tried to say I didnt pay for the month of December. My payment at the time was being automatically drafted out of my account. I have a banking statement showing on the 22nd of December where that payment was deducted. They told me I needed to go to the bank, get a statement showing the payment, make copies and fax them to their office. I did so around two weeks ago. Upon buying the car I did sign an agreement saying that i knew that if i didnt pay they could activate the starter interruption device they had installed on the car. Yesterday afternoon they cut my car off and i cant start it off. To make things worse Im 30 miles from home and luckily I was at a friends house. So I had to stay here so far.....Im still here, stuck!  If i hadnt paid or had been noncompliant I would totally understand, but there is no reason that I should pay for a car that I cant drive because they have all their stuff out of sorts. I've called every number they have and cant get in touch with anyone! I was supposed to get my daughter yesterday afternoon and spend the day with her. I cant do that. There's no way to get lost time with your child back. I am severely distraught and aggravated. I even tried to contact them online via their website and it wont go through because no recipients are listed....? This is ridiculous and Im spending my only weekend off for the rest of this month stuck at someones house with no way home.
