I purchased what I thought was a box of 10-4"x4" Silvercell Alginate pads made by Johnson & Johnson, I was billed $24.77 for one single 4x4" pad. When I called the company they refused to refund my money, and told me i could not return the unopened pouch for a full refund, and the rep was rude!!! Their website does not state that you cannot return the product, and their site does not specify that you only get 1 pad, not a box of 10 that I thought I was ordering. DO not do business with ActiveForever.com or Independent Living Products!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!
