Independent Settlement Services Janice Schwartzmiller Theft of services. Did not pay for work performed. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I performed five appraisals for this company in February 2013.  They specifically stated on their order form not to invoice them I would be paid the 26th of the following month.    When I inquired as to where my payment was I was told they had not received invoices from me.    After going round and round with a Ms Roxanne there she finally admitted they were at fault as I showed them in print where they stated not to include the invoice.    

Jan in the accounting dept said that they are having trouble getting paid from their clients and that delays my payment.   They both say they will pay me in another four weeks or so.     This happens over and over again with these management companies.   Its one excuse after another and in the end nine times out of ten you don't get paid.     They refuse to let me speak with the owner of the company to try to resolve this matter.
