Indepth Exploration LLC Duane Stephens AKA Stephens Oil and Gas Your Crazy if you do business or work with this Guy He is a Fraud and a Ripoff Artist Houston formally Dallas Texas

I worked for Duane Stephens of Stephens Oil and Gas of Dallas, Texas. He is now going under the name of Indepth Exploration of Houston, Texas. I was his Vice President of Business Development or what ever. You see it doesent really matter because it was a a sham to begin with and whatever I was actually Vice President of resulted in nothing more than what I was supposed to already be paid. Vice Presidents in this industry are nothing more than a regular employee with a title to make you feel important and make the company look it is bigger than it really is!  

Duane Stephens owes me well over $5,000.00 in back pay, Bounced Check fees and unpaid Child Support that he took out out my check. He has owed me this since he fired me for disagreeing with him. (he was lying and I would not back him) He also ruined my credit by not paying all of the bounced check fees and the principle amount owed and as a result cost me my acount that was in good standing with a bank I had been with for over 15 years.

This man is a a thief, a liar and a cheat! Not to mention a METH Addict. These are all facts and a matter of public record. Yes, I was there the day his former vice president and his other business partner tried to do an intervention about his drug use and yes, the Dallas Police and the Dallas Fire Dept and Paramedics were called to the scene. You can look up his exwife Lois Stephens to confirm, she left him because of his drug use and womanizing.

He also neglected to pay mine and the other employees Social Security fees even though he took them from our checks. I remember Social Security comming into our offices on multiple occasions trying to get him to pay and his response if always F.U.!!! I watched him buy a home on Forrest Lane in Dallas and refuse to get the proper building permits to do the restorations he was half heartedly attempting and the City of Dallas Finally gave up on him and demolished the house. The empty lot can still be see today, right behind the fancy brick wall he build with his investors money. the entire houseand property were also purchaced with investors money as well.

When thing started going wrong and Duane started getting into trouble with Social Security, The IRS and his investors he did what any fine upstanding business man would do.... He changed his company name to Indepth Exploration and moved to Houston.

His officers where all a sham when I worked for him and I would venture to say they are now as well. He wsay he has offices in Montevideo, Uruguay, S.A. and in Houston, Texas. If thats true then it would seem that he has the money to pay a loely former employee the misley $5k that he owes huh.

But...to further illustrate his contempt for me and anyone else who calls him out on debts that he owes let me just say that I called Duane and tried to make partial settlement with him in the amount of $3k just to get something back on this loss. I warned him that I would post this very letter to this site and others and he told me over the phone that If I did anything to hur his business that he would HAVE MY NECK BROKE!! He has also sent me 2 texts so far both of wich are about to be forwarded to the the local Police the FBI and my attorney! The text messages read as follows:

"I would watch my fat a*s you lowlife leach. You treaten me and my business. Do doemething Rich to harm my business abd I will pay you back 10 fold you low life f***, Still suckin off people. Get a job you f*****. You are wqarned m***********. I will make you regret the day. You sponge a*s leach. I dare you M***********r. I will rain hell down on your a*s."

That was text #1. You can see clearly that I'm worried to death. I did not respond so he wrote a 2nd text wich reads:

"7020 Brookshire Dr. Dallas, tex. is Where you live a******. Cellphone is registered in Grande Prairie or Arlingtton. I have just spoken to my attorney and I'm going to find every rock you live under, You better not have any warrents outstanding. Iam going to know when you take a s***. your move you scum. I will lay wate on your *************. I will know everything about you in two days. I have worked hard to start over. F*** with me Richard, you will regret it until your an old man."

Well as I sit here shacking in my boots, I must say that I do not live nor have I ever lived at that address nor have I ever live in Grand Prairie or Arlington. Seems to me his so call information sources are as flawed as his character and willingness to pay his bills.

By the way ANYONE who wants to sue, Prosecute, Go after or just ruin this guy should imediatly contact me. I will testify in any court of law anytime, anywhere. I was his so called right arm for 3 years. That is until I had the guts to disagree with him while he lied to another trusted employees face. Duane your days of Robbing investors and screwing those folks who are unfortunanate enough to have worked for you in the past or the present are OVER. YOU WANT ME DUANE....COME GET SOME!!! Oh and since he is apparently looking for me I did take the time to change my city to EVERYWHERE, TEXAS!!!
