Indiana Sage Designs Rebecca Molenaar Ordered two pony hoodies, confirmed correct size, sent an invoice via email, paid, sent address details Brisbane Queensland

I liked the page on facebook and began getting regular posting on what Indiana Sage Designs had to offer. I have 6 grandchildren and buy for them. As two of my grandaughters love ponies, I decided to order them a hoodie each and messaged Indiana Sage Designs through their facebook page to check on the sizing.

I sent a personal message through the facebook page requesting two pony hoodies; a pink one in size 4 year and a rainbow one in size 3 year along with my e-mail address for invoicing purposes.

Later that day (01/02/2015) I was sent  an invoice for $45.50, Invoice #150517, which I  paid on 03/02/2015 with internet banking into a commonwealth account for a Rebecca Claire Molenaar  BSB:064650  Acc: 10019413. On the 04/02/2015, I e-mailed Indiana Sage Design to inform them that I had paid and the reply stated that they would check their bank account to confirm and That I should send through my address for postage if I hadn't already done so. I then sent via e-mail my delivery address.

The invoice stated that delivery would be 4 weeks and so I didn't think much of the wait until the end of March and the girls birthdays were coming up so I sent an e-mail to Indiana Sage Design to enquire about the delays as I couldn't reach them through the facebook page any more. This was on the 29'03/2015.

On the 06/02/2015 I recieved an e-mail informing the business was experiencing some difficulty and these would be sorted asap. No more correspondance has been recieved and all efforts to contact this business or woman have been unsucessful.
