This company is a total sham! i wanted to start my own webcam modeling agency, for the obvious financial reasons. in signing up with them i chose the cheapest package. Thank God i did! SCOTT STOKELY (the contact person) said they would custom build the a website for me and that it would be a way for me to recruit models and have them sign up and submit their info.

I paid Scott company the $800 and did not hear anything for a few days, until I reached out to him. Prior to paying, he said that my studio site will be up and running in 7-10 days, but more like 7 days. Long story short, its been almost 2 months. not only is my site not completed, but he also put the site live....without telling me, and without my permission.

There were problems with this company from day 1. It took them over a week to do simple revisions to the site...and they never completed the entire list of revisions at one. The work is sloppy...and at one point, SCOTT STOKELY would stop answering my calls and emails. The whole thing became so frustrating that in less than 2 weeks i requested a refund. It was granted but took about 10 days to process. SCOTT STOKELY said he was totally sorry and would continue to work with me to give me the site I was promised. Again, i reiterate...almost 2 months and the site is still a mess...AND (against my wishes) its live.

In addition to the above mentioned issues, which isnt even the half of it, SCOTT STOKELY insists that he has a female business partner, whom I have never heard of or heard from.

He also lies about pricing. His website says that websites pay the studios (which i signed up for) $2.50-$3.00/minute, which I (my studio) can split with the models I hire, in any way i want. That sounds fantastic....except SCOTT STOKELY IS A LIAR. I contacted to websites on my own and (i have the emails to prove it) they said they dont pay the studios a certain percentage/minute. They actually pay the studios 30-31% of whatever the models earn. HUGE DIFFERENCE...and HUGE LIE!

Everything that SCOTT STOKELY says is a complete lie so please do not sign up with him and please do not waste your time with SCOTT STOKELY and INDOOR SECRETS AKA WEBCAMAGENTS.COM AKA MATTSMODELINGAGENCY.COM

I did not lie

AUTHOR: IndoorSecrets.com - Scott - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2012

Every webcam site pays a different amount. Depending on the site you sign up at, you can receive as much as $3.00 per minute just like we state. The site we are referring to is a high volume site with around a thousand models live at any given time. This site receives about 3,000,000 visitors every month.

Instead you signed up at a different site that pays $1.86 per minute. That amount can also be represented by saying it pays 31%. Because that site has a fixed per minute rate for the customer it amounts to the exact same thing. The customers pay $6.00 per minute and 31% of that is $1.86. Please feel free to do the math. this is accurate.

All you need to do is email me and ask me which site pays $3.00 per minute and I'll send you a link. Why do you insist on saying I lied when all you have to do is email me for that information?

Please go and sign up at myfreecams and then come back to the boards and remove your statements that we lied to you. We made some mistakes at which time we provided you with a full refund. I do not understand this personal vendetta you have against me and why you now feel it's appropriate to say things that are not true just to try to hurt our business.

I suspect you have been wronged in the past and therefore fell everyone has the same bad  motivations. I wish you could understand that this is not the case with me or our company. We are not the bad guys you want to think we are.

Scott

PS - Please, just one question...

After we provided you with a full refund I spent an additional $200 out of my own pocket on developers to work on your website. This included designing a custom sign-up form when every other agency used the exact same template. The only reason for doing this was that I wanted to make you happy. I had no other motivation for spending my own money other than that.

Can you name one other person or company that would do that simply because they wanted you happy and not disappointed.?

The Bottom Line is.....Indoor Secrets Did NOT Deliver

AUTHOR: MarieJones - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2012

Another lie from indoor secrets was the amount our studio would be paid by the different websites. In fact, we get a percentage, not the amount SCOTT STOKELY told us....which has totally messed up our calculations for the business.

In essence...we were NOT given what we paid for in the time frame to which it was promised. Hence the refund. All we continued to hear were long winded (as evidenced by Mr. Stokelys rebuttal) excuses about why the work wasnt being done.

Bottom line: we didnt get what was paid for, our site still looks like s**t, and we were lied to about what we will be paid...which is HUGE.

Anyone who is reading this, please take caution: this company (if it really is one) is about excuses and false promises: not results.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Please Read The Following Response

AUTHOR: IndoorSecrets.com - Scott - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 16, 2012

This is Scott Stokely, one of the owners of IndoorSecrets.com and the person referred to in the initial post. I hope everyone who just read that will also take a few minutes and read the following.

Sorry, it's kind of long but there is a lot at stake and I feel it is important to address each inaccuracy.

---------

MarieJones (I won't use your real name),

You are correct about one part. Your project had unexpected delays and things were not delivered on time. You were frustrated and had every right to be.

At that same time, we were also dealing with frustrations on our end. Our main developer quit without notice and the person we hired on short notice to replace him also turned out to be a disappointment. Because of this, the several projects we were in the middle of were delayed. Regardless of the reasons though, that fact was I did not deliver what I said, when I said. Our actions frustrated you and that was not fair because you had done nothing wrong.

To this point what you wrote is basically correct. However, after this part you seem to have many of your facts confused.

----------

First, you claim you asked for the refund. This was not the case. What happened was that I saw your frustration and didnt feel it was fair. Therefore I brought the subject of a refund up to you. I told you I felt bad about your frustration and that I did not feel it was right to take your money and therefore I offered you a full refund which you accepted.

By this point we had invested quite a bit of time and money into your project. However, it is difficult to put a price on your frustration so I made a judgment call and offered to absorb the time and money lost on our end. Again, I offered this because I felt it was fair.

I refunded your credit card 100% that same day. If there was a ten day delay for your money to show up, please speak to your credit card and bank about this. When I spoke with the credit card company they informed me that it could have taken up to 21 days for the refund to process through the system so ten days was actually better than expected.

--------

After I refunded your money our business with was officially settled. You were no longer a client of ours. However, your website was nearly finished at that point so I offered to complete it for you for free. In addition, I also told you that if there were any new developer costs to do this, our company would pay for them. I even offered to host your website on our servers for free.

Once completed, we would have made no residual income from your website or business. Because we refunded your money, we had no financial motivation in offering all this. My only motivation was that I thought it would be a nice thing to do.

Every decision I made was to give, not to take. If this were a scam it would have been the most useless scam in history.

-------

As far as being called a liar, this is not acceptable and I must take appropriate action. You are attempting to damage my professional and personal reputation which will have a negative affect on my business. This will in turn hurt me, my family and my partners. I cannot allow that to happen.

First, I can state with 100% certainty that I did not lie to you. I simply do not conduct my business or live my life in that manner. To illustrate this I will address each accusation in order (your words will be in quotes).

---------

SCOTT STOKELY insists that he has a female business partner, whom I have never heard of or heard from.

Her name is Megan Leigh and she is one of the owners of the company. She doesnt have much customer interaction as her focus is mainly on programming, writing, editing and project management. Please feel free to call anytime during normal business hours and shed be happy to speak with you.

---------

He also lies about pricing. His website says that websites pay the studios (which i signed up for) $2.50-$3.00/minute.

This is correct and exactly what it can pay. It is 100% up to you and based entirely on which webcam site you choose to work with. There is not just one company managing every webcam site in the world making them all pay the same rate. Every major webcam site is independently owned and each offers their own unique pay structure. So just because the site you contacted pays 31% ($1.86 per minute), that doesnt mean they all pay this rate. In fact, among the various webcam sites the per minute rate varies from $1 per minute up to $3 per minute. Actually, some sites pay even higher under certain circumstances but it would have been misleading to advertise these rates so we do not do so.

Please contact me and I will send you documentation on all of this.

--------

Everything that SCOTT STOKELY says is a complete lie

Regardless of the fact that the initial delays were not our fault, they were still our responsibility. Therefore, we went far and above what almost any other company would have done in this situation.

Nevertheless, if you choose to ignore all of this and publish negative opinions about us (or me specifically) you have every right to do so. However, when you state facts, you have an ethical and legal responsibility to their accuracy.

With that in mind, accusing me of lying is not ok.

Lying is intentionally doing something unethical and doing so requires intent. It takes a certain type of person to pull it off. Therefore, suggesting I am that type of person attacks my character. This accusation is completely baseless and very easily proved untrue. I am simply not that type of person.

My biggest concern at this point is that potential clients might read this thread and choose not to do business with us. Therefore I would like to point out several other things we do that will demonstrate our company's honesty and integrity:

1. Nearly all work from home opportunities say (or imply) that they are easy money. However, I have yet to see a single legitimate easy money opportunity. Therefore I tell everyone that to make their webcam agency successful they will need to work hard at it. Of course we lose sales to every person who is afraid of hard work but being honest is more important than short term profits.

2. Nearly all webcam sites, studios and agencies advertise that new models make $2,000 or more every week. The fact is, barring a special circumstance, nobody makes $2,000 their first week as a webcam model. I tell potential models they will likely earn $700-$900 per week to start but with lots of room for growth. $2,000 per week is possible for many people but to get there will require working hard for many months or longer. Of course by doing this we lose models to sites that imply that $2,000 per week is easy, but again, being honest is more important than short term profits.

---------

I know this was long but hopefully anyone serious about opening a webcam agency with us will take the time to read everything and understand the facts. Every single detail I provided can be verified so if anyone has any questions about any of this, please contact me and will provide whatever documentation is required. We have an excellent reputation achieved after many years of doing business honestly and professionally. We will diligently dispute any suggestions to the contrary.

Scott Stokely
