If you have a problem (which I'm guessing most, if not all customers do), you're pretty much out of luck.

They offer no phone support whatsoever.  This is the message they give you --

Sorry, but at this time IndyPlanet does not offer phone support.

Then they offer this gem --

If you need to contact us please do so via the above email link or via the Ka-Blam Message Center.

Ka-Blam Message Center?  What's that's supposed to be exactly and how is it any better than e-mail really?

Speaking of e-mail, they don't give you a confirmation e-mail when your merchandise is shipped out.  Of course that would make sense if they never actually ship it...

They don't even have one unified graphic on their page... they break it up into pieces so you can't easily identify the complete logo/artwork that is on the top of every page of their site.  Probably makes it that much harder for people to remember exactly who they are and probably contributed to a few people placing an order with them even after being warned not to...

But again, most importantly -- No phone number = no business.  Buyer beware!

This is all lies. There is no PHONE number on your site and as for replying to emails every day, as a customer, i can also say that you never responded to them. After sending an original email i had to wait almost a month for a reply. when it did come i replied immediatly then  waited another month again before filing a claim on paypal. This company is making money by accepting people to sell comics and then ripping off any customers.

Barry Won't Respond to Emails, But Stole $46.89 From My Child

Please tell me why you have not shipped the order placed on June 4, 2011.  Your site lists it as processing.  You don't have a contact number. You ignore my emails.  You stole $46.89 from me.

Order #6768 is my order, and I have emailed my payment confirmation from PayPal. You continue to ignore me.

My name is Derrick Fish. I'm a cartoonist, self-publisher and regular customer of 10 Comics. My business dealings with 01 Comics have been exceptional in every way. The customer service is always prompt, detailed and professional.

About a year ago, there was a problem with one of my prints, and the problem was fixed the same day at no cost! The original report makes a lot of assumptions and seeks to find fault in all things about the company that I find completely without merit.

01 Comics is a great business providing a wonderful service to self publishers like me and I highly recommend them to everyone interested in making their own comics.

I agree with most of what you said, and that this report is most likely not completely valid.  However, you don't have the right to demand removal of any material posted on this, or any other, site.  Continue to do good business and silly complaints will fall by the wayside if they are indeed in the minority...

This report is bogus.  Completely, totally without merit, and filled with misinformation and outright lies.  We DO have email contact information at the site and we do respond to those emails every day. 

I am the president and co-owner of 01 Comics, Inc. (the parent company of IndyPlanet.com).   We have been operating IndyPlanet.com for over four years, ship thousands of a orders a year, and have never had a customer issue that wasn't ethically resolved.   We ship orders daily.  We pay our vendors daily. 

Please note there is absolutely nothing in this ridiculous excuse for a report that isn't anything but conjecture and wild speculation.   For the life of me I cannot understand the absurd allegation that there is something sinister in our web design because we sliced a large graphic into smaller graphics and then reassembled it in an html table.  This is truly pathetic. 

Shame on you site owners and administrators for allowing this supposed consumer alert to be posted without even bothering to check the merit of it.   This report is malicious, harmful, and legally actionable.

I demand that this report be removed immediately.
