I did mortgage closings for this company. The company is Inet Financial dba Loanclose.com. They owe me over $500 and won't pay.
Dave Cinti is the man I have been going back and forth with. A week ago he told me the "New York office" was going to send my check. Today (3/25) he decided to tell me that they have gone out of business.
The corporation license has some other man as president and Dave Cinti's wife as VP. The website (loanclose.com) has Dave as President. Shady!
I had heard rumors that they were going out of business and confronted them about it. They assured me that it was not happening and asked me to continue to work for them.
