One family’s experience with this gas company

They are putting my 70 year old mother and kids 6 and 9 without gas for close to a week… I could not pay my bill until I got paid today so they disco it today I called in to pay it and they are not going to reconnect until Monday. I have been on hold for a total of 40 min and disconnected and had to deal with some rude people that are of no help!!! Then I get to a Manager named Robert also no help.. He was nicer than the customer NO service reps but tells me to take my mother to the DR and get a note to turn it back on… I understand it should have been paid on time some of us are very tight because of the economy. I did pay it and you would think they would help out because of my elderly mom and kids.. all I can Say is please pick someone else as your provider because if you ever need help from them they will not!!!
