This company recruits people on a daily basis based on lies and false promises.

Please do your research about this company.  This company makes contracts with Smart Circle.  Do your research on Smart Circle.  You wont be working for Sky Marketing you will be working for Smart Circle.

This company is strictly commission only, even though the employment ads promise BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION

Its a LIE! If you end up working at this company and you are lucky enough to get your first check (which will happen after 3 weeks of hard work), look close at the pay stub and ask about CLAWBACK

This company will train you at first, did you know that the training is not even paid and that you owe them money for the so called training or I should say brain washing.

The person that runs this company claims to make over 100k and that if you work hard, you will be making the same in no time.  Is that so? Do ask yourself, if this marketing company is a stable and profitable company, why are people being hired and interviewed every day? Why do people quit all the time? The person that runs the company is a mediocre 24 year old that is able to manipulate the minds of those that want a job. 

This person claims to be in charge of a successful business but yet this person cant afford to buy a decent car or even afford a nice office.  Do look around when you go and work for this place.  The most humorous thing ever at this company is that the BEST sales people working there dont even have a car!!! If you ever work here and you own a car, at one point the boss will ask you too give other employees a ridethis company is by far the worst company to ever work for.

Do you want to know what its like to work for this company; I will give you details on a typical day:

The hours are from 11:00 8:30 or 9:00 depending if you have a potential sale at one of their different locations.

Best Buy in Rancho Cucamonga, Montclair, and San Bernardino.

Wal-Mart in Rancho Cucamonga

Their routine is to start at the office at 11:00 so that they can motivate you into trying to reach the most sales.  This meeting takes about an hour of your day, and this is not paid!!! You get to sit there and listen to how good other sales people are doing. This is just a technique to keep you motivated and not to question their system or to quit.  They pay commission on the contracts you are able to set-up between customers at Best Buy and Direct TV when the installation is complete

Did you know that even if you make the sale but the customer changes his/her mind you dont get paid??? You just worked over 8 hours and you sold 10!!!! But guess what???? Out of 10 sales you only convinced one customer to proceed with the installationYou know what that means right?  You wasted money driving to work and buying lunch because you might as well have stayed at home. 

A sale DOES NOT always guarantee commission because customers change their mind often and if you make under the required quota (which would be minimum 4 sales/installations of Direct TV) your check for that week will be about $325 (BEFORE TAX) which is supposed to be BASE PAY but that money that is being paid to you is just an advance from future commission that you need to earnThe company will not mention this unless you ask what a clawback is after your first checkHow can you work for a company that will withhold this type of information?

let them...eventually you will see for yourself that you are working for scumbags.  You are better off working for McDonalds.
