I have dealt with Infinity Funding for quite sometime. My problems started when their sister company Lender's Direct sold me a faulty car which gave me problems ever since day 2 with a faulty battery. They claim to do a full point inspection, which is false. The car was advertised with cruise control and using regulars gas both which were not true.

On top of that ever since I got the car the power steering has had issues, which after the 3rd attempt to go to the dealership, when I lived in California, only to find out that they shut down and can no longer can be reached. However the Lending company can be reached! The individuals who work in the office are ignorant, untrained workers at best. They NEVER process the payment when they say they will. I just called last week and after saying for example make my payment Monday, I will call back Tuesday and they say they barely processed it!

They do not enter your information correctly, which causes account errors and after four errors , 3 of which they were at fault but are too high and mighty to admit to I have to utilize a money gram order for because they don't even take credit/ debit cards.

Last I checked this was 2012. The office "manager" Cindy, is totally rude, aggressive, condescending and makes me physically ill. She raises her voice to you, will cut you off and completely has no level of customer service. She does not care about the customer at all. This company should be brought down for fraud and gross criminal negligence.
