Stay away from Infinity Incentive Group and Island Ray Vacations.  They are both rip off companies that you should not do business with.  Island Ray Vacations sends you an invite to participate in a very high pressure sales seminar selling you travel club vacations.  Island Ray Vacations draws you to come to the seminar and they will give you a voucher for two for airfare and a seven day cruise for $598.

They use Norwegian Cruise line on their flyer.  However, you do not even get an option to cruise on Norwegian.  Your option is to cruise on Carnival.  They have you send in the $598 by certified check by certified mail before they will even talk to you.  You have 30 days or it is invalid.   They will tell you nothing about the offer until you send them the $598 cash.  Once they have your monies they don't want to talk to you but they have you send in via mail your three choices for requested travel dates and locations.    There email to you(Due to the numbers of customers we service on a daily basis,  communication and booking of your travel itinerary will be done online through email.)  Don't think for a minute that you are going to get travel for $598.   They only truthful thing they said was, "there is no travel available for $598."   They blamed Island Ray Vacations on false advertising.  They will also tell  you that the voucher has no value.

So I thought I would go along and see what I could get.   I sent back my voucher and my first option wasn't available so we had to go with the second option.  The second option for an inside state room was $2000.   They wanted me to sent them another $1500 dollars in addition to the $598 we already sent in.   Status of Preferred Date/Destination Selected: Upgrade INSIDE stateroom  :Balance Due  $1496.48

Amazingly enough, they would now take a credit card for payment.  They wouldn't take a credit card for the $598 downpayment they stated was a voucher for 2 for airfare and cruise.  That had to be cash.

By the way, I could get a better deal by going to Carnival or Norwegian and get a better fare and wouldn't have to put up with this company and sit in a high pressure sales seminar selling me a worthless travel club for $10K.

So I finally had enough of this company and requested a refund.  Of course that had to be written and sent in to them.   So now that I sent in my request for a refund I hoped and prayed I would get my downpayment  back.  Of course they stated that will take another 6 to 8 weeks more.   Don't go check you mailbox for a refund for at least 2 months.  They make you believe the check may arrive sooner.  However they won't mail your refund until after the 8 weeks have passed.  When you call them they are rude.  They will tell you that the 8 weeks are not up.  I stated that it was.  I wanted their customer service to count the weeks with me.  She flat out stated that I could count them myself and that she wasn't going to count them for me.  She again stated that they were not up.  I can tell you that the 8 week mark had passed.

I finally got my check back so I was relieved.   I hope I have saved you the time and agony of sitting in a sales seminar for 2 hours and then deal with Infinity Incentive Group.  Stay away from both of these companies.   I don't know how this company is allowed to stay in business with this false advertising.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

Mike

Dear Mike,

Thank you for providing us with details of your customer service experience with Infinity.  Our goal is to provide our clients with superior customer service experiences and your interaction is being forwarded to our quality assurance department and will be used for training purposes with our customer service representatives.

Infinity is not affiliated with the company that you received your promotional offer from.  We are a third party vendor and have no way of knowing their sales and marketing practices.  Our offers come with their own terms and conditions and if anyone is told something by their sponsor that is different than what is outlined in our terms and conditions than perhaps he or she may have received the wrong promotional offer.

We acknowledge that our offers may not work for everyone.  They do come with restrictions and require a certain amount of flexibility.  Depending on how well our client follows the terms and conditions of the offer, balances due will differ.  We work very hard to assist each and every client with their travel requests and provide the very best deals for their particular requests.  Participation in our offers is completely voluntary and everyone is always entitled to a refund of their deposits if they wish to discontinue their participation.

Again, thank you for your feedback.  Our sincere goal and intention is to serve our clients and provide superior customer service experiences.
