Infinity Insurance Infinity Insurance cheats you out of reimbursements related to the claim Nationwide

On 05/10/2014, my personal vehicle was rear-ended by the driver who was insured by Infinity Insurance.  I contacted claims department for Infinity Insurance and was assigned an adjuster by the name of Dean Stock at (866) 206-0115 x 4021.  It was clearly the other drive at fault and he even admitted that was his fault, but Infinity Insurance initially claimed that it might not be the driver fault even though he admitted his fault and the evidence clearly shown it was their insure at fault.  

Infinity Insurance exists only to collect premium from their customers, but refuse to payout any claims even their insures are at fault.  In turn, they will raise premium on their insures.  

Like epikeddie reported, Infinity Insurance is a crooked company.  Hope the California Department of Insurance will shut them down one day or at least fine them for deceptive insurance practices.

If you're shopping for your car insurance, please don't even consider Infinity Insurance as your insurer.  They will cheat your money and you'll end up paying for everything.
