InfoCision Management Corporation InfoCison very unfair to nonmanagerial employees Akron Ohio

InfoCision followed very unethical action in their treatment of nonmanagerial staff in the Call Center in which I worked. Like all the other people who were hired to work as Media Communicators in a Call Center they were just opening, I commenced employment under the mutual agreement that I would do all tasks constituting this job title within the Call Center environment InfoCison would be providing. I was a Media Communicator there from the day the Center opened, and was one of the most reliable Communicators there. Out of the blue one morning, management announced, with less than two weeks notice, that the Center would close. On such short notice, they changed the rules of the game. Suddenly we all would be out of work unless we took a news position and started working from our home office we had to hurriedly set up. This was very unethical, to force such a sudden choice on us, who worked for little more than minimum wage paycheck to paycheck, as I did. Work at home out of a home office is hard and often impossible for so many of us with our limited financial means, and it turned out to be impossible for me. But when I filed for unemployment, I was denied because they are claiming that I quit without just cause, that I failed to live up to the agreement. It was the opposite. InfoCision did not follow through on the original employment agreement.
