INFOCOM USA ripoff PILOT MOUNTAIN North Carolina

We received a call from Angel Flinchum (Accounts Receivable x 227) stating that our receptionist had approved a directory listing for our business in the amount of $299.95. I asked for a sign contract and she stated my receptionist verbally authorized the listing over the phone.

My receptionist only answers the phone and directs calls to appropriate party, she has never and has no authority to authorize a purchase for directory listing. INFOCOM, USA calls and asks misleading questions about nature of business and whether you would be interested in receiving free information (my receptionist noted this down) and they are making adjustments to original recorded conversation to make it sound like a verbal authorization.

They also list another vendor in the city that claims to advertise with them - I call the owner up and they have never placed an ad or any ad with a directory listing. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! I am reporting them to BBB and sending a copy of all these emails - they should be arrested and shut down.
